- The vacation appartment "Heuboden" is located in the 2. floor. The Balcony has a south view directly to the Bavarian Alpes
The vacation appartments are foundly furnished tho highest standards while offering a splendid view across an idylllice landscape. The vacation house itself belongs to a farm of the 18th century.
The vacation appartments have access to wlan and TV and a washing machine.

For those you like more comfortable, you can walk in 30 minutes to the Restaurant Seiser or to Rottau or Grassau. The cottage is located about 20 minutes (by foot) from Lake Chiemsee. At the lake Chiemsee you can stay at the lido or do a cycling tour arround lake Chiemsee.

 Herrenchiemsee is a complex of royal buildings on the Herreninsel, an island in the middle of the Chiemsee, Bavaria's largest lake, 60 km south east of Munich. Together with the neighbouring island of Frauenchiemsee and the uninhabited Krautinsel it forms the municipality of Chiemsee. The Augustine Monastery Herrenchiemsee, later converted into the Old Palace (Altes Schloss), and Herrenchiemsee Palace, also known as the New Palace (Neues Schloss), are the most famous of these buildings and the largest of King Ludwig II of Bavaria's palaces.  A maypole is a tall wooden pole erected as a part of various European folk festivals, particularly on May Day, although in some countries it is instead erected at Midsummer. In some cases the maypole is a permanent feature that is only utilised during the festival, although in other cases it is erected specifically for the purpose before being taken down again.
The maypole (Maibaum) is a tradition going back to the 16th century. It is especially strong in the villages of the Bavarian Alps where the raising of the traditional maypole on 1 May in the village square is a cause for much celebration.  The island Frauenchiemsee (often called Fraueninsel) is the second largest of the three islands in Chiemsee, Germany. It belongs to the municipality of Chiemsee in Upper Bavarian district of Rosenheim, which is the smallest municipality in all of Bavaria. The 15.5 ha large and car free Fraueninsel houses 300 permanent residents as well as an active Benedictine convent, which was founded in 782. Frauenchiemsee along with its sister island Herreninsel is one of the main tourist attractions on the Chiemsee, and is famous for the Kloster Liquor spirit, which is produced by the nuns.

The vacation house "Fembacher Hof" is located at the outskirts of Bernau am Chiemsee, directly in front of the German Alpes "Kampenwand". The Vacation home is in a quiet location of the center of Bernau am Chiemsee. Nearby it takes 1-2 minutes (walking) to find a supermarket, a bakerie, a butcheri and serveral restaurants.
The Cottage is located about 3 km from Lake Chiemsee, the bavarian sea. Chiemsee (German pronunciation: [ˈkiːmzeː]) is a freshwater
lake in Bavaria,
Germany,
in the south of Munich, between Rosenheim, Germany, and Salzburg,
Austria. The region around the Chiemsee is Chiemgau
and is a famous recreation area.
You reach the Island Herrenchiemsee and Frauenchiemsee from the port Bernau.
For the last 160 years the Chiemsee-Schifffahrt has been connecting people to and from the islands of Lake Chiemsee. The first Steam-boat was built out of wood and to the 15 modern, well equipped and luxurious ships that make the crossing today, it is incomparable.
People still remember from earlier times the famous "Ludwig Feßler", the flagship of the fleet. With the capacity of the ships combined, there are now a total of 4,000 seats available for guests. There are numerous ferries that make the frequent trip to the islands and also a range of more luxurious ships complete with sun-decks for a splendid cruise of the lake.
