Heuboden
Der ehemalige Heuboden unter dem Dach ist ein Raum mit einem besonderen Ambiente auf ca. 70 qm, lediglich das Bad ist abgeteilt, ansonsten bleibt der Charakter der großzügigen Raumes voll erhalten. Der Einstieg erfolgt über eine Dachbodenluke. Die Ferienwohnung bietet sehr viel Privatheit und ist ideal für zwei Personen, kann aber auch von einer Familie mit vier Personen bewohnt werden. Frühstücken kann man auf dem Balkon mit Bergblick oder alternativ können Sie auch zum Frühstücken in das Cafe Obermaier gehen
(300 m Luftlinie).

The vacation house "Fembacher Hof" is located at the outskirts of Bernau am Chiemsee, directly in front of the German Alpes "Kampenwand". The Vacation home is in a quiet location of the center of Bernau am Chiemsee. Nearby it takes 1-2 minutes (walking) to find a supermarket, a bakerie, a butcheri and serveral restaurants.
The Cottage is located about 3 km from Lake Chiemsee, the bavarian sea. Chiemsee (German pronunciation: [ˈkiːmzeː]) is a freshwater
lake in Bavaria,
Germany,
in the south of Munich, between Rosenheim, Germany, and Salzburg,
Austria. The region around the Chiemsee is Chiemgau
and is a famous recreation area.
You reach the Island Herrenchiemsee and Frauenchiemsee from the port Bernau.
For the last 160 years the Chiemsee-Schifffahrt has been connecting people to and from the islands of Lake Chiemsee. The first Steam-boat was built out of wood and to the 15 modern, well equipped and luxurious ships that make the crossing today, it is incomparable.
People still remember from earlier times the famous "Ludwig Feßler", the flagship of the fleet. With the capacity of the ships combined, there are now a total of 4,000 seats available for guests. There are numerous ferries that make the frequent trip to the islands and also a range of more luxurious ships complete with sun-decks for a splendid cruise of the lake.
